Location
The hotel is situated in the downtown area in the historical centre of Lima. It is situated in the Paseo de la Repubblica directly in front of the Palacio de la Giusticia. From almost directly outside the hotel there is public transport to all parts of the city.

Rooms
All the rooms are medium in size with the remaining ten percent, the suites, being very large and all are in good condition.The decor is modern throughout with light colours predominately used with dark wood furnishings.

Restaurant
There are two restaurants both of which are located on the ground floor. The first is used for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the other serves Italian cuisine and is more traditional in style.

A high rise modern gray building.

Lobby
The lobby is very large with a separate reception and concierge area. Incorporates a jewellery boutique and a couple of bar areas. It has light wood furnishings throughout with a light wood reception desk.
